Refunds for Non-Defective Items

  • Refunds for items without defects will incur a 3% processing fee, which covers payment processing costs.

  • Only products in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

Refunds for Defective Items

  • If a product is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund with no fees.

  • Defective items must also include proof of purchase.

Return Window

  • Returns and refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
